The 7th IAEE Asia-Oceania Conference 2020 will span a wide range of topics on Energy in Transition; including investment in renewable sources of energy, oil and gas, hydrogen, energy demand, transport, market design, regulation, low-carbon economy and energy policy. Contributions are invited from energy economists, energy management specialists, research economists, government officials and policy advisers.

Geoff Lewis, Principal Advisor at the Productivity Commission will participate in the plenary session on Low Carbon Economy with Yukari Niwa Yamashita, IEEJ & IAEE and Professor Tooraj Jamasb, Copenhagen Business School on Thursday 13 February at 2pm.

The conference will continue the traditions of previous events, including a range of high-impact plenary presentations, cutting-edge invited and contributed talks and convivial social events. The diverse interests of fellow delegates offer many opportunities for networking, interdisciplinary discussions and learning about challenges and developments throughout the region.
